Hi Simon — love when an episode is able to draw a comment from you. I almost checked Wikipedia before I wrote to see where Ness was in 1944, but decided to just go on the energy of the episode and worry about the ‘real’ stuff later. :) Thanks for the update!

I hope they keep Mills around for more interaction with the boys — I really like her chemistry with them (in a mother-ish role, that is). And good question about the boxes. Wonder where they’ll keep/store them after they leave the Winchester Temporary HQ?

Solid episode. Good as a stand-alone monster-of-the-week, with enough of the ongoing plot to keep it interesting. Elliot Ness as a hunter was pretty clever– although, a quick check of his Wikipedia article has him as the chairman of the Diebold Corporation in 1944, which I suppose could be a good cover, but doubt it has any pull with the police.

Speaking of police, wonder if Sheriff Mills is being groomed as a Bobby surrogate. Will she have to haul around those storage boxes everywhere?

I have a question ..
the artist faces are not allowed to be drawn?
or this new artist is giving them a more comic style.. i liked buffy and spike draw from season 8.. it has so many details.. and this one hasn’t.. looks more cartooned )?

if it is because the artists don’t want their faces to be drawn i get it.. but if you can draw all the details would be awesome. and ore realistic

Great photos – thanks for posting them. I have admired this actor since he was part of the Dark Angel series. Been a Supernatural fan since it started.

I love Phil Noto’s art and like his interpretation of Spike and Buffy – for me it’s a good combination of comic book style art and the actors.

so buffy seeks out robin woods, the son of the only slayer she knows about that had a child, to ask him for help with a personal problem? after eppisode 1″s wild night of partying where she wakes up alone and cant remember who she slept with?? spoiler or red herring?

As a spike fan, it is a good drawing. but spike needs more detail he looks too young in this drawing

As an addendum, Cabin in the Woods is scheduled for release Friday, April 13, 2012. We’ll hope to have more info on it as the date gets closer.
